Connect existing systems
Bring the software you already use into a connected workflow. I assess what each system supports and work out how information should move between them, including how to handle missing details and conflicting updates.
Practical AI consulting & implementation
I help small and medium-sized businesses connect systems, build internal tools, and put AI to work.
Talk through your projectI focus on time-consuming processes that are central to running your business.
Bring the software you already use into a connected workflow. I assess what each system supports and work out how information should move between them, including how to handle missing details and conflicting updates.
Give your team a tool for work your existing software doesn’t cover well. That could mean coordinating a multi-step process or bringing together the information needed to make a decision.
Use AI to interpret documents and requests, retrieve relevant information, and prepare or carry out the next step. You and I agree which actions it can take and where a person needs to review the result.
Previous work · Dealership operations
In an earlier dealership role, I built a tool to automate parts of publishing vehicles on Facebook Marketplace.
I worked with dealership staff to understand their inventory and publishing processes, including the operational rules the tool needed to follow.
Those requirements shaped what I built and how I tested it against real inventory. Feedback from the people doing the work guided further changes. Human review remained part of the workflow.
Staff at two dealerships used the tool to publish vehicle listings.
Founder, Tightbeam Systems
My background includes nine years in customer-facing technical work at QuickMobile and Cvent. At Cvent, I guided customers through event registration and check-in implementations, including planning, technical setup, and live troubleshooting.
I bring that implementation experience to the software and AI projects I take on today. You work directly with me throughout the project.
I review the process with you and the people involved. We identify what needs to improve, assess the options, and agree on scope, access, responsibilities, and a useful result.
An existing tool or straightforward automation may be the right answer.
I implement the solution and test it against the work it needs to handle. You review the results with me, including exceptions and situations that need a person’s attention.
You get documentation and practical guides alongside the tools I build. I explain how the solution works, how to use it, and what needs attention to keep it running.
I offer ongoing support and maintenance after handover. We agree on what that continuing work includes, with further improvements as your operations and needs change.
Tell me how the process works today, which tools are involved, and what you’d like to change.
